Background

5BY2 is a pioneer in the automatic parking business in the Netherlands. We build fully automatic parking garages based on a ‘puzzle solution’ and are therefore more efficient with space than other automatic parking solutions. Our first garage was built in 1992 and is still fully operational. Since then 5BY2 has built dozens of garages in which thousands have enjoyed the reliability and ease of use of automatic parking.

5BY2 (previously called EcoSafe Parking) is an independent sales organisation for fully automatic parking garages since 2003. Our automatic parking solutions were originally developed by an affiliated company, EWW Technische Bedrijven, in the late 1980s.

Who we are

5BY2 is a subsidiary of the Protechnum engineering group. Protechnum is a strong engineering group, headquartered in Amsterdam, with about 250 staff based in four locations. Protechnum is owned by its staff and informal outside investors. Look at www.protechnum.nl for more information.

Highlights
